Non-Exclusive Beat Lease

A non-exclusive beat lease allows the artist to record, release, perform, and monetize a song using the beat. The producer keeps ownership of the instrumental and may continue leasing or selling the beat to other artists.

Exclusive Beat License

An exclusive beat license gives one buyer exclusive usage rights to the beat. Once exclusive rights are purchased, the beat will no longer be available for new leases.

Any previous non-exclusive leases sold before the exclusive purchase will remain valid.

Full Rights Buyout

A full rights buyout is for buyers who want full ownership of the beat. This may include a copyright transfer or ownership assignment through a written agreement.

Purchasing a beat does not allow the buyer to resell, redistribute, upload, or claim the instrumental as their own beat.

All sales are final after beat files have been delivered.
